These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and The GEO Guide ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of thegeoguide.com (the "Site") and any products, services, or content we offer.

By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Site or purchase our products.

To use our Site and purchase our products, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Digital Products

We sell digital information products, including but not limited to The GEO Playbook, guides, checklists, and educational materials related to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

• Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. You will receive access via email and/or direct download.
• Format: Products are typically provided in PDF format or other digital formats as specified at the time of purchase.
• Access: Once delivered, digital products are yours to keep. We may provide updates to purchased products at our discretion.

Free Content

We also offer free content including checklists, newsletters, and educational materials in exchange for your email address. By requesting free content, you agree to receive marketing communications as described in our Privacy Policy.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though price changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Payment methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor
• Taxes: Prices may or may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase based on your location
• Currency: If you pay in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their exchange rate

How to request a refund:

• Contact us at support@thegeoguide.com within 30 days of your purchase
• Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exceptions: This refund policy applies to The GEO Playbook and similar digital products. Free products and promotional items are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

Our Content

All content on the Site and in our products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, frameworks (including the CITED Framework), and all other materials ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to The GEO Guide and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License

When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the purchased product for your personal or internal business purposes
• Make reasonable copies for backup purposes

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, license, or sublicense any product or content
• Share your purchase with others who have not purchased the product

• Results vary based on many factors including but not limited to your industry, existing content, website authority, competition, and implementation quality
• Past performance and research findings do not guarantee future results
• We make no guarantees about your specific outcomes from using our products or strategies
• Success requires consistent effort, proper implementation, and often time to see results

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The GEO Guide and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Site or products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration
